Why meditate?

Meditation leads to the development of all physical, psychological and spiritual factors of the human being. Therefore, everyone who wants to actively work for their own evolution and for their own progress in relation to life and its meaning should learn to meditate. Meditation is not just some leisure activity, a mere pastime or the acquisition of a special skill. Rather, it is part of the original life task of man, namely to find true knowledge of one's own self.


Let go of everyday life and just relax! Many people seek relaxation by sitting in front of the television, reading an exciting book or spending a stimulating evening with friends. But there is an exciting crime thriller on the television, while reading the book they experience the hero's suffering and have an exciting discussion with friends. Even if some people claim that they can really relax by doing this, they do not find the peace and quiet necessary for real relaxation.


Living in peace with the world and achieving serenity in our daily lives is something we all strive for. One of the most effective ways to find inner balance and harmony is to take a daily break and allow our body to recover through music and meditation.
